Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to avoid any cancellation fees. Please note that deposits are non-refundable but can be applied toward any service within 12 months of the original appointment date. 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, they remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be applied toward any of our treatments or services of equal or lesser value. If you’d like to experience a service that exceeds the certificate's value, you can easily upgrade by paying the difference.
